Wow- such a long time has passed since we met as a group!

May minutes:
 ~ Agenda:  China Craft Day! 
~Refreshments were pot-luck
~ Dues this month: We made name tags for Elizabeth to take to her English students in China. 
~ A short Prayer was had
~ 10 ladies were in attendance~
~ We sent a card to Charity Hunter

May 2016 part 1

May minutes:
~ The Hunters hosted, and we had fun at the
Dallas Arboretum
~ the Theme was Anne of Green Gables, so we all shared a few short-ish readings & poems!
~ Dues this month went to:  Apache Creek Deaf & Youth Ranch (You know, the camp that Elizabeth Hunter worked at last Summer?)  http://www.apachecreek.us/
~ 4 Ladies where in attendance- small but good.   =)
~The door prize was provided by Suzi Beeman.

We had a Cracker Barrel Brunch!


May minutes:
~We had going away party for Faith Elizabeth Hunter-  She was off to spend the summer working at Apache Creek Deaf and Youth Ranch. (find them on Facebook)
~Dues this month went to Texas flood relief.   Barnabas Connection was suggested to us as reputable and reliable, so that is who we sent our money to.
~There were 12 in attendance!
~A short time of Prayer was had
~The door prize was given by the McKees
~Cracker Barrel in Greenville provided the location.
~It was decided that the next meeting (June) will be the last before we take the Summer off, and that the McKee's would host a Co-Ed (out door) Game night, and that the toddlers were invited.

So sorry, there were no photos of our outing to be found....   =(

May 2014

We voted that the May meeting would be a Costume Movie Party in honor of Eliza Doolittle Day (the 20th of May)

May minutes:
~The 9 ladies in attendance watched "Pygmalion" (the one that has Twiggy in it)
~Dues this month went to Esther & Faith Schatte. (They went on an extended mission trip to India) ~We had Pot-Luck "Tea Party Food".  The table was pretty, but I forgot to take photos! =(
 ~Debbie & Adrienne McKee provided the location.

It's time

I think that it's time (maybe past time) for the Hunt County Texas chapter of the Hebrews 10:24 Society to have a blog.  Don't you think?

If we had a Secretary, I'd vote her in charge of posting on the blog, but as I (Adrienne) seem to be the President, Secretary, Treasurer, and main Hostess, I'll try to be prompt & concise in my posting.   I hope that you will enjoy this effort.
